2. Do you ship internationally?

•Yes, we ship worldwide. •Shipping charges and delivery timelines for international orders are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties or taxes (if any) are to be paid by the customer.

3. Can I return or exchange my order?

•No, customised or made-to-measure garments are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

6. What if my product is slightly different from the pictures?

•Each Charu Makkar piece is handcrafted, and slight variations in weave, embroidery, or color are natural to the process. These are not considered defects but a mark of authenticity.

7. How do I track my order?

•Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp so you can track it until delivery.
