At Charu Makkar, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We take pride in our quality and craftsmanship, and we hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple and transparent.
Returns & Exchanges
•We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
•Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
•Customised or made-to-measure garments are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds
•Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
•Approved returns will be eligible for a store credit or exchange, valid for future purchases.
•Refunds to the original payment method are processed only in case of a defective or damaged product, after verification.
Non-Returnable Items
•Sale/discounted items.
•Customised or altered pieces.
Shipping
•Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
•In case of exchanges, the new product will be shipped once we receive and approve the returned item.
Damages & Issues
•Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at 9783834757 so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
