At Charu Makkar, each order is packed with care and shipped from our studio in Jaipur. We aim to ensure your handcrafted pieces reach you safely and on time.

Processing Time

•All ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 4–7 business days of order confirmation.
•Made-to-order or customized pieces may take longer, depending on the design and production timeline. Estimated delivery time will be shared at the time of purchase.

Delivery Timelines

•Within India: 7–10 business days after dispatch.
•International orders: 15–20 business days after dispatch.
•Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, customs clearance, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

•Shipping within India is free for all prepaid orders.
•International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges (if any) are to be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

•Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.
•Tracking details allow you to follow your package until it reaches your doorstep.
